Shipping
We send our goods to all countries worldwide, except only a few. The possible countries are shown during the data entry of your shipping data.

Are the products in the shipping not heavier than 31.5 kg each, DPD (Deutscher Paketdienst) is used. Is in the shipping a product in the range of 31.5 kg to 70 kg then we send with UPS (United Parcel Service). Is in the shipping a product heavier than 70 kg then we send with Panalpina.

We don't have any transportation costs table for packets over 70 kg. Therefore we must obtain the transportation costs from our forwarding agency before an order. You learn the further procedure on the transportation costs page during the ordering event.

For the calculation of the transportation costs we use the quantities dispatch country and package weight. The package weight is either the actual or the so-called volume weight (length * width * height / 6000). The greater weight is then taken. The individual transportation costs are reported to you on the transportation costs page during the ordering event.

Please take into account that NO possible arising custom and NO special taxes (e.g. environmental tax, truck toll) are contained in the transportation costs.

We send in addition to the payment method "cash in advance" to the following countries also by "cash on delivery":
  • all European Union countries
  • Liechtenstein
  • Norway
  • Switzerland
The UPS cash on delivery charge is 5.75 Euros plus tax for Germany, for the remaining countries 13.75 Euros plus tax.

With DPD cash on delivery is only possible to Germany and Austria. The cash on delivery charge is 8.00 Euros plus tax.
