The customer gives her/his agreement that the necessary personal data for the order execution as well as archiving is stored on data carriers. He particularly agrees to the inquiry, processing and use of his personal data through us. The customer consents further to the conveyance of necessary personal data to an information office for the credit standing check. The processing of the data happens considering the Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) as well as the Teledienstedatenschutzgesetzes (TDDSG). All data are dealt with by us and the information office confidentially. The law is entitled to the customer to revoke his consent any time with effect for the future. We commit ourselves to doing the immediate deletion of the personal data of the customer in case of the revocation unless an ordering event isn't completed yet completely. We presuppose with the order that the customer secures his data records also after the time of the delivery of the works to him. We do not backup customer transmitted data.
