2. Revocation law
If the customer is a consumer then the following revocation law is valid:
You can revoke your contract explanation without detail of reasons in text form (e.g. letter, fax, email) or by return of the product(s) within two weeks. The period starts with receipt of the product and receipt of this instruction at the earliest. The punctual dispatch of the revocation or the product(s) suffices to the preservation of the revocation period.

Revocation results
In the case of an effective revocation the performance and perhaps taken usage (e.g. interest) from both sides have to be given back. If you cannot give us back the received performance whole or partial or in a deteriorated condition, you must in this respect if necessary provide us a value substitute. This doesn't hold for the cession of things if the deterioration of the thing exclusively results from the examination of it - as it would be possible for you in a store business. You can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by the fact that you take the thing not like an owner in use and refrain from everything which whose value impairs. Package dispatch capable things have to be returned on our risk. If the whole order value is up to 40 Euros and the delivered things correspond to the ordered, you have to bear the costs of the return. The return otherwise is cost-free for you. Not package dispatch capable things are collected from you.
Note:
The revocation law is, among others, not valid at contracts to the delivery of goods which are made after customer specification or are obviously adjusted on the personal needs or due to her composition aren't suitable for a return.
3. Accessibility of the contract determinations
All contract contents, that is the contents of your order, this customer information, as well as the Conditions of USE, which became the component of the contract, you receive with the confirmation of the entrance of your order by email. Beyond this you have the possibility to print the page, with which you pass your order on, by using the print function of your browser.
4. Achievement of the contract
On our website you have the possibility by choice of the "categories" to see our range of goods for sale in detail or to find products by "Quick Find". For the choice of a product you elect the corresponding entry in the navigation and afterwards perhaps available sub-categories. To every article there are a picture and detailed information. After the click on the "In Cart" button this product is taken into the shopping basket, which can be seen with the navigation point "Cart Contents" any time afterwards. In the shopping basket is any time given you the possibility during the ordering event to correct the number or to remove the article from the shopping basket. These changes are saved with the click on the button "Update". After the click on the button "Checkout" you must enter your user data for the continuation of the purchase event or if you are already registered you have only to type in your login data. After the click on the button "Continue" there are two display possibilities:
a. If in your shopping basket is a product with a weight more than 70 kg, you get the note that no dispatch expenses can be calculated by the program. With the click on the button "Continue" you come to the contact page where you can send the contents of the shopping basket by email to us. With the dispatch city data from your user data and the products weight the shipping company calculates the shipping costs. We then inform you about these by email. You then can assign a purchase order to us by email.
b. If no product in your cart is more than 70 kg the shipping costs are now displayed. Here you can also change your shipping address if it is different to your normal address. With the click on the button "Continue" you come to the choice of payment method, namely cash on delivery or cash in advance. After you have selected the method of payment, accepted the Conditions of USE by a click into the Conditions of USE small box and pressed the "Continue" button, you reach the ordering page where, once again, you can now check and perhaps correct all data entered before. If you click now the "Confirm Order" button you will be sent automatically an email as reception confirmation of your order, with the contents of your order, the Conditions of USE, as well as in addition this customer information. This isn't an obligatory order confirmation. You get this with delivery of the product in form of an invoice. On the last page you get the information that your order was received. If desired, you can here mail additional information or wishes to us.
5. Information about customer service, guarantee and guarantee conditions
The guarantee relates to the legal regulations. The legal guarantee period is 2 years. Beyond the legal guarantee determinations no guarantees are granted with regard to the delivered goods. Is the customer a business, a public law legal person or a public law special property, the following reduction is further valid: We have the choice at the after-fulfillment between the elimination of a defect or delivery of a defect free thing. The guarantee period is 1 year.
